Lancashire Endurance GB

http://www.lancs-egb.org.uk/
Lancashire E.G.B is the Lancashire branch of Endurance GB. The group aims to To stimulate greater interest and participation in endurance riding throughout Lancashire. Endurance or Long Distance Riding is a friendly, fun sport which is available to anyone with a horse to ride. No special equipment or horse is needed, and it is all about riding through beautiful scenery and countryside, making new friends and above all else, having a good time. One thing appealing about endurance is that for many rides you are not directly competing against anyone else – it is just you and your horse enjoying yourselves with a reward at the end! We organise Social or Pleasure Rides, charity rides, competitive rides and social events.

Welcome to Leyland and District Riding Club.

Based in Coppull, Lancashire we hold shows with classes for Working Hunter, Ridden Showing, In Hand, Jumping, Clear Round etc and qualifiers for larger shows. Something for everyone!

Welcome to the North Lancashire Bridleways Society (NLBS)

https://www.nlbs.org.uk/
The inaugural meeting of the NLBS was held on 6th May 1997 and since that first meeting we have grown from strength to strength. We are mainly concerned with the area of North Lancashire but we liaise closely with the Cumbria Bridleways Society and with the Bowland Forest Bridleways Group, very much aware that our bridleways, off-road routes and quiet lanes must feed into and become a part of a much wider nationwide network of bridleways, not just for ourselves but for generations of horse riders to come. The financial support for our work comes from the subscriptions and from fund raising. Social events are also an important part of our Society. We hold regular meetings every two months, at Hest Bank Memorial Hall, but we believe it is also important to enjoy each other’s company, whilst enjoying the outdoors and our horses as well.We welcome new members from the North Lancashire area and also from the surrounding areas and we have several carriage drivers amongst our members. Quiet roads and off-road access are important issues for us all.

The Northern Dressage Group

We hold open shows where non-members are very welcome; the majority of our training is for members only. The focus of the club is the provision of high quality training and competitions.
